- Parts Broken After Use: In cases where parts are broken after use (i.e., not due to transit damage), we can offer replacements on a chargeable basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in sourcing the required part(s) and the associated costs.
- Lifetime Support: We aim to provide peace of mind by ensuring you have access to replacement parts for the full lifetime of your product, should any part require replacement.
