Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that a refund needs to be issued, please note:- Processing Time: We will take up to 7 working days to process the refund after it is approved.
- Refund Credit: The refunded amount will typically be credited to your bank account within 10-14 working days. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on your bank.
- Payment Methods: If the original payment was made via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Product Return Requirements:
All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes, which are defined as "essentials." If any product is returned without these essentials, it will not be accepted for return.
Packaging:
Please retain the original packaging for up to 7 days after delivery, as it may be needed for return purposes.
Missing Components:
In case of any missing accessory or component, we will investigate the issue with our logistics partner. If it is found to be missing, we will either ship the missing item(s) to you or reimburse you for the cost of the missing item(s) based on the applicable market price.
